Cross Country Training
PRESTON HARRIERS - CROSS COUNTRY TRAINING 2007/2008
SATURDAYS at 10 am @ AVENHAM PARK, PRESTON
Open to all who want to train (and hopefully, compete…)
You should wear cross country spikes or fell running shoes
To run in Mid Lancs there is no fee, if you ran last year a number should be available for you on your first run. If you have not run before you will need to register and collect a number. You keep the number for the whole season! (but there is a different number for Liverpool)
If you wish to run in the Lancs Championships on the 5th January 2008, an entry form is available at www.race-results.co.uk (2008 index of events)
If you wish to run in the Northern (26th Jan) and / or National Championships (23rd Feb) entries are sent via the Club and notices will be posted asking runners to make contact with a named individual. IF YOU ENTER YOU SHOULD RUN, otherwise the Club is likely to ask you for the entry fee.
