TRAINING NIGHTS
Tuesday Night - Track Session
Training consists of track intervals run to a set of Summer & Winter sessions. All welcome, as there are different paced groups running the intervals.
You will need a day pass or an annual pass to use the track facility. Passes are obtainable at the Sports Arena Reception.
(In the Winter - 1st October to 31st March - £2 payable on the gate)

Time: 6.45pm warm-up (Session starts at 7pm)

Venues: Moor Park (April - September) & Preston Docks (October - March)

Wednesday Night
Road Running / General Running Fitness
Ladies & Mens Running Starter Group to Running Fitness
Venue: UCLan Sports Arena Track
Time: 7.30pm - 8.30pm
Coaches: Alan Appleby & Steve Jackson
Meet at cabin on far side from track entrance. Training is aimed at beginners, people aiming to improve running fitness and for those who are aiming to take part in future events.
All welcome, sessions are varied and enjoyable! Advice and assistance offered by a coach and helpers. See the Wednesday Group Info Leaflet for details.
