Mid Lancs League Annual Presentation

Preston Harriers cross country teams dominated the Mid Lancs League's annual presentation evening held at Preston Grasshoppers.

Pictured with some of the trophies are the Under 13 girls Champions, who having won silver at the County Championships went one better, clinching the title at the final race of the season.

In all the Harriers won four of the six junior team titles up for grabs, also claiming gold in the under 17 men, under 15 boys and under 17 women, whilst the senior mens teams won three titles and the senior women were runners up in the Vet 35 category.

Individually Ellen Buckley was the Under 13 girls champion and Adam Sutton was crowned senior man. Matthew Lloyd, Peter Street and Kevin Hesketh picked up silvers in their respective age categories and to complete the honours Richard Morrell, Dave Parkinson, Georgina Burton and Phillipa Walsh took bronze.
